Returns Policy

Science-Supplies Limited is committed to providing its customers with excellent quality products however, we know products sometimes may be identifies as being faulty, defective or not compatible with the original requirements; it is for these exceptional circumstance, and in line with our commitment to quality, that our Customer Returns policy has been implemented.

The following conditions relate to the reporting and returns of product:

Authorisation to return products will be made upon an issue of a Customer complaint (which can be sent directly to contact@science-supplies.co.uk. A Claim number will be provided which is to be clearly posted on all returned items and references within communications. 

Products returned without proper authorisation will be refused.

Equipment without a proper decontamination cert will be refused. 

Science-Supplies Limited will repair or replace items which become damaged during transit when shipped using Science-Supplies Limited own transport courier. Science-Supplies Limited do not accept liability for items damaged through the customers own transport.
